These graphics simulate falling and accumulating sand like that of an old fashioned hourglass sand timer. To start the timer, simply turn it over, and watch as the digital sand falls from one display to another. Both the time elapsed and time remaining are shown in large bold digits measuring 1/2 inches tall. The 342-90 also has an extra long 60-second alarm, advanced memory function, and an overtime feature which automatically begins counting up once the desired time has been reached.
