These home weather stations have rainfall or wind measuring capability, or both. Some have computer connections for gathering data, some have solar powered remotes. Some of these weather stations are totally wireless, requiring no wiring from the remotes back to the console. Some are partially wireless, with wires running outside between the remotes, with a wireless link into the console in the house.

 Indoor Outdoor Thermometers
We've got a broad selection of indoor outdoor thermometers. Most of these indoor outdoor thermometers are wireless. These thermometers use a transmitter which transmits temperature information, and is placed outdoors. Some of these sets allow the addition of additional transmitters for monitoring additional locations, as well as pool temperature, hot tub temperature, the baby's room, the wine cellar, you name it.

The Honeywell TS33F Remote Temperature and Humidity Sensor with Probe is a remote transmitter designed primarily for use with Honeywell weather instruments and clocks that display both temperature and humidity. You can use the TS33F with Honeywell products that display temperature only, in which case humidity is not displayed for the TS33F's channel. In addition to the removable waterproof temperature probe on a 10-foot (3-meter) cable, this sensor has its own temperature and humidity display for local viewing.

 La Crosse TX6U Indoor Outdoor Remote Weather Sensor
The La Crosse Technology Weather Instruments TX6U is the more common remote temperature only sensor for the La Crosse Technology weather instruments. The La Crosse Technology TX6U does not have a display of it’s own. The TX6U uses 2 AA batteries (alkaline batteries included), and is excellent for use for extended periods of operation in cold temperatures. In harsh climates, the alkaline batteries in the TX6U may be replaced with Lithium batteries for extended low temperature operation.

The THC138 is a displaying remote with a waterproof probe on the end of a 3 meter wire.
