The Taylor 504 Connoisseur Grill Thermometer ensures that your grill surface is preheated to the perfect temperature. The case is 3 inches wide by 2-3/8 inches high, so it won't fall through grill grates The dial is 1-5/8  inches in diameter. The Taylor 504 is really easy to use. Just place it the desired location on the grill. The magnetic back on the 504 holds it securely in place. When you finish grilling, use long grill tongs or a spatula to remove the 504, and let it cool to use it again.

Included with the Taylor 504 Grill Thermometer is a cone-shaped wire handle that you can attach to the hex nut in the center of the dial for a convenient means of handling (e.g., via tongs) when the 504 is hot..
