The Taylor 1455 Wired Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer and Indoor Hygrometer simultaneously displays the indoor or outdoor temperature and the indoor relative humidity in big, bold numbers 7/8 inch tall (tenths of a degree are about half that size). You can select °F or °C for the temperature unit simply by pushing a button. This easy-to-read thermo-hygrometer also features a minimum/maximum memory for indoor and outdoor temperatures and indoor humidity. The 1455 is part of Taylor's latest line of weather products, all of which feature a slim, contoured profile and larger displays than the products they replace. You can mount the 1455 on a wall or place it on a shelf, table, or desk.

This wired thermo-hygrometer monitors and displays the indoor temperature and humidity and, as measured and reported by the included weather-resistant sensor on a 10-foot cord, the outdoor temperature. Both temperatures can be displayed in either °F or °C, as selected by a pushbutton on the back of the case. The other three control pushbuttons are located on the top of the 1455's case.

Indoor temperature measuring range of the 1455 is +23°F to +122°F (-5° to +50°C). Outdoor temperature measuring range is a wide -58° to + 158°F (-50° to +70°C). You select indoor or outdoor temperature for display by pressing the MODE button.

The integral memory in the 1455 records maximum and minimum values for both indoor and outdoor temperature and indoor humidity. These values are available for display at the push of the MAX/MIN button. Minimum and maximum temperatures are stored and updated until the memory is reset by pressing the CLEAR button.

The 1455 is powered by two AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries. These are not included and must be obtained separately. Expected battery life is 1 year.

On the back of the 1455 are a keyhole slot for wall mounting and an integral folding table stand. A wall anchor and wall-mounting screw are included with this product.
