The
Taylor 2706 is huge at over
26 inches in length! The yellow 1" tall numbers contrast
nicely with the red float to give readability from 50 feet
away. The large funnel gathers more rain for better
accuracy, and contains a strainer to keep out debris. The
black mounting bracket visible through the rain gauge in the photo
is designed to screw to a board or fence post. Cable ties
may be used to mount the bracket to a metal fence post.
