The Polder THM-372BBB is an instant-read thermometer with Polder's trademarked Speed-Read technology allowing for fast and accurate temperature readings. Being water-resistant, the THM-372BBB can be used in the kitchen and for many other applications as well. This thermometer has an extra large easy-to-read LCD display, a rubber coated non-slip grip, and is Fahrenheit/Celsius selectable. This product comes with a battery, and a probe sheath with a USDA food safety temperature chart. The THM-372BBB comes with a 2 year warranty.
