Gift'N'Gadget uses an order form for customers to purchase products. YaHoo stores forwards buyer's contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer regarding the order when necessary. We do not give any of your information to anyone else.

We may automatically add you to our own Email list so you will be notified of new items and sales. You may choose to be removed from the mailing list at  any time

Security

First, we do not download credit card information from the YaHoo store host servers to our Gift'N'Gadget machines. We do not keep a local copy, so there is no risk to your credit card data at our machines. Credit card processing is done strictly between YaHoo Stores and our merchant service. Although we can log in and look at the charge card information through our own secure link to YaHoo for verification purposes, we do not download it.

Our site has a firewall in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, although, as mentioned above, our best measure is that we simply do not keep any charge card information in our machines. The only information we keep is your Name, address, E-Mail address, phone number, and purchase records for warranty purposes.
