The Maverick RT-04 Analog Button BBQ Thermometer 4-Pack includes two thermometers for beef, and two for poultry all in one convenient and affordably priced set. Leave them in foods while they cook on the grill or in the oven, or insert one for an instant read, their heavy duty glass lenses can withstand the heat.

The RT-04 set lets you safely check the internal temperature of each piece of meat and poultry as it cooks. The dial indicators on the two included steak thermometers read to 170°F while the included poultry thermometers read to 180°F, which are USDA recommended internal temperatures. Because the stem (probe) of the RT-04 is only 2-inches long, this thermometer may not be suitable for use in larger size turkeys and in some poultry loaves. For these, use a cooking thermometer with a longer probe that will reach the center of the meat.

Please Note: This thermometer should never be used in microwave ovens. Also, the 00708 should never be submerged or soaked and is not dishwasher-safe. To clean it, you simply wash the probe in hot, soapy water. To prevent cross-contamination, it's a good idea to wash the probe after each insertion.
