ST-01 Maverick Oven-Chek Surface Thermometer

The
ST-01 Maverick Oven-ChekTM Surface Thermometer ensures that your pan or grill surface is
preheated to the perfect temperature. This precision analog instrument features tough,
corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction and a wide measuring range of 150°F to 700°F. The easy-read dial is 2-1/4 inches (57mm) in diameter.
The ST-01 is super easy to use. Just place it in the pan or put it on the grill, use tongs to remove it,
and let it cool to use it again.

Know exactly how hot your pan or grill surface is.
Preheating to the proper temperature helps to retain the flavor of the food and sear in the juices without burning the food.
The
ST-01 Oven-Chek Surface Thermometer is ruggedly built, highly accurate, and
NSF® Listed. NSF International is an independent, non-profit company dedicated to public health and safety and a leader in standards development and certification.

In addition to indicating the
temperature in °F, the ST-01's dial highlights two temperature ranges in red.
The "Grill" range is 320°F to 350°F, and “Searing” is 400°F to 550°F.
The ST-01 comes with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
Please Note: This thermometer should
never be used in microwave ovens. Also, the instructions for the ST-01
do not indicate whether or not it is submersible or dishwasher safe. We
believe that it's better to be safe than sorry, so to clean the ST-01,
we suggest that you simply
wipe it with a hot, soapy dishcloth.
