In world time mode, the current time can be displayed for 29 different time zones.  Above the time is displayed abbreviations for 27 cities corresponding to the time zones.

You can set up to 5 independent multi-function alarms with hour, minute, month and day. When an alarm is turned on, the alarm tone sounds when the alarm time is reached.  One of the alarms is a snooze alarm, while the other 4 are one-time alarms.  You can also input reminder text that appears when the alarm time is reached.

In stopwatch mode, you can measure elapsed time, split times, and two finishes.  The range of the stopwatch is 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds to 1/100 of a second.

In countdown timer mode, you can set the countdown timer within a range of 1 minute to 24 hours.  An alarm sounds when the countdown reaches 0.  

The Electro-luminescent display backlight may be set to automatically light when your wrist is brought to viewing position.
