Acu-Rite 00993 NSF Certified Digital Meat Thermometer

The Acu-Rite 00993 Digital Meat Thermometer allows you to monitor the temperature of the meat you are cooking without opening the grill or oven. Simply insert the metal probe into the food, select the temperature to which you want your food cooked, and set the alarm. When the alarm sounds,  your food is done. 

The Acu-Rite 00993ST has an easy to grip soft touch outer surface.  It can sit upright on the counter with it's built in base, or be stuck to a metal surface with the magnet on the back. The temperature settings listed on the back of the 00993ST follow USDA internal temperature recommendations for lamb, veal, ground beef, beef, and pork. Additional temperature recommendations are on the package.

The Acu-Rite 00993ST features a heat-resistant stainless steel probe on a 3-foot stainless steel wire that winds around the body of the 00993ST for convenient storage. Although the probe and wire can tolerate high temperatures, don't let them come into direct contact with flames because possible damage to the probe wire can occur.
