The Maverick ET-807C is light gray in color with black edges. Just insert the probe into the meat and put it in the oven. The display can be placed on the counter within the reach of the 48 inch long probe wire. Set your oven temperature, the final meat temperature, and a timer setting if desired. The temperature of the meat will be displayed in your choice of °F or °C. The thermometer will beep if the oven temperature exceeds your setting, when the meat has reached the desired temperature, or when the timer expires. When the display is folded upwards, the Maverick ET-807C is 3 inches tall by 2.6 inches wide by 3.6 inches long. The buttons are membrane type, for easy cleaning.
