The Maverick
ET85 Thermometer
monitors the oven
temperature as well as the meat temperature, displaying both
simultaneously. The meat thermometer probe actually has two sensors
built into it, one for the meat, one for the oven.

The
ET85 monitors the
meat, and the oven temperatures, plus it has a 99 minute
count-down/count-up timer. Just insert the probe into the meat and
put it in the oven. The display can be placed on the counter
within the reach of the 45 inch long probe wire. Set your oven
temperature, the final meat temperature, and a timer setting if
desired. The temperature of the meat and the oven will be
displayed simultaneously, in your choice of °F or °C. The
timer display is available with the press of a button. The
Maverick ET85 will beep if the oven temperature exceeds your
setting, when the meat has reached the desired temperature, or
when the timer expires. The timer can also be used as a
count up timer.

The Maverick ET85 is approximately 4 3/4 x
3 inches, with a flip up display for easy viewing. The buttons are
membrane type, for easy cleaning.
