Maverick ET-75 Wireless Remote BBQ Rotisserie Thermometer

The Maverick ET-75 Wireless Remote BBQ Rotisserie Thermometer monitors the temperature of meat while it is turning on the rotisserie. You no longer need to open the lid, stop the spit and probe the meat to monitor the progress.  Finally you can cook to perfection while attending to your guests. The Maverick ET-75 will display progress, and will beep to notify you when your meat is done to your pre-selected doneness level or temperature. Since the Maverick ET-75 is wireless, you don't need to stay next to the grill, just clip the receiver to your belt, put it in your shirt pocket, or stand it on the table up to 100 feet from the grill. The receiver will display the temperature of the meat, the target temperature, and signal you when it is done. The ET-75 also has a count-up, count-down timer that can operate concurrently while monitoring temperature. 

The Maverick ET-75 can be programmed for Fish, Beef, Pork or Poultry. Target temperature may be set either by temperature, or by taste, according to USDA wellness levels, RAW, RARE, MED RARE, MED, or WELL, for the meat selected.

Cautions:

• Do not use the stainless steel probes and wires in microwave ovens.

• Do not use the probe sensors and wires above 410°F (210°C) because doing so will deteriorate the wire.

• Do not expose the probe wire to open flame.

• Do not expose either unit to direct heat or water.

• Always wear a heat-resistant glove to touch the probes or wires during or after cooking.

• Do not submerge the units in water. Clean them with a damp cloth instead.

• Clean the food probe after each use, but do not submerge it in water.

• Please verify that the transmitter probe collar fits your spit before discarding the packaging.  Returns are only accepted within 30 days if returned packaged as new.
