Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Temperature Station

The La Crosse Technology, WS-9029U-IT Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Temperature Station displays time, humidity, indoor temperature, plus outdoor temperature as received from the wireless remote. But unlike any other unit we've seen, the included remote has two channel capability. If the included extended probe wire is plugged into the remote, two remote temperatures will be displayed at the console, the temperature at the remote itself, and the temperature at the end of the probe wire.

Here is how it works. The display panel can display temperature for remote channels one, two or three. Channel one is the temperature at the remote unit itself. If the remote probe wire is plugged into the remote, then selecting channel two on the display will display the temperature at the end of the probe wire. If you choose to purchase an additional TX25U-IT sensor, channel three can display the temperature at the second remote. There is no provision for displaying the temperature at the probe wire of the second remote.

The La Crosse Technology WS-9029U-IT also stores minimum and maximum temperature and humidity information. By pressing the min/max button, you can display the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity readings reached since the last manual reset.Minimum and maximum readings are reset by holding the min/max button for 5 seconds.
