The Chaney Instrument 46025 Regent is a large, traditionally styled clock that's a new-for-2005 addition to the manufacturer's Fashion Clocks line. This version of the Regent has a molded case with an antique white finish. Overall diameter is 18 inches. The 14-inch dial is white with large (1.5-inch) black Arabic numerals. This clock has black teardrop hour and minute hands and a glass lens. The movement is a conventional analog quartz movement. Thus, this clock is not "atomic" and does not adjust automatically for Daylight Saving Time, but it is extremely accurate. If you need a large analog clock for home, office, or workspace but don't want to spend a lot of money, the Regent may be the perfect choice. 

For powering, the Regent clock requires one AA (1.5V) battery, which is not included. We recommend an alkaline battery because alkaline cells are far less prone to leakage than the carbon-zinc type, and their leakage is far less corrosive. Expected battery life is about 1 year.
