The large scale at the top of the 2-1/2 inch dial shows the meat temperature, and the small scale below the pointer shows the oven temperature, both in °F. The 03160 features stainless steel construction and a non-skid, non-roll red silicone shell that's easy to grip and can withstand heat up to 500°F. This professional-grade instrument is NSF Certified and dishwasher safe, and you can use it in barbeque grills as well as conventional ovens.
