With 100-meter water resistance, the EF101D-7AV is suitable for swimming, diving, snorkeling, and skin diving but not for scuba diving.

The band on this watch is quite large. As it comes from the factory, the watch will easily fit an 8-inch wrist. Links can be removed to fit smaller wrists. For this particular watch, we recommend that you have the band sized professionally.
