The 00614 AcuRite Digital Wireless Rain Gauge
has a large digit display, a
rain alert, and a larger than usual rain collector for better accuracy.
The 00614 rain gauge has a large 6 inch diameter rain
collector. The more area you collect rain from, the more accurately you
can measure it.

The
00614 AcuRite Digital Wireless Rain Gauge display unit,
finished in light metallic green and charcoal gray, has a large
digital display with large, bold, easy to read 3/4 inch rainfall
digits. The display unit is 4 3/4 inch wide, 3 inches tall, 1
3/4 inches deep, and stands upright on a flat surface. The rain
collector, finished in light metallic green and beige, stands
about 9 inches tall with a 6 inch diameter collector.

The center portion of the display indicates your
choice of rainfall for the last 24 hours, or rainfall (up to 99.99
inches) since the last manual reset in large easy to read digits. Above
the rainfall display, the setting for the rainfall monitor is displayed.
You may set a rainfall amount in .5 inch increments up to 5 inches. When
that rainfall amount is exceeded, an alarm will sound. Below the
rainfall display are icons to indicate signal reception, battery
condition and display mode (24 hour or cumulative).
